Prepaid Debit Cards = NO for FC

Most people don't know this but I use Rushcard service its been good to me and the customer service people are good with dealing with issues.. I have another prepaid card that charges me 99cents for each time I call them so this is why I use the rush card because it's free to ask questions.



Anyone one who needs a good service for credit cards try this one out.

Yes re-loadable credit cards are becoming very popular and some loadable cards offer credit building services. I think that some people think all prepaid cards are like gift cards or gift certificates and thats simply not true, in fact there just as good as some standard credit cards so long as you continue to load them with cash of course.

@apples45 - Looks like when they updated the terms and conditions they took the debit cards/etc out!  Now, you may use them.  I use Prepaid Reloadable Cards, too.  The card I use is a Greendot Mastercard.  Like apples45 said, I can also get money out of an ATM, reload it with a Moneypak, and use it like a regular credit/debit card.  Instead of entering my pin, I go ahead and run it through as it would be a credit card (by pressing "credit" on the keypad machine!) and it works extremely well!

I used a reloadable prepaid debit card for some offers on here and didn't have any trouble, I did the coffee one for 3.00 and the funpass one, both credited too.

I've done quite a few offers using my babyphat prepaid card and have never had a problem because it has my name on it so it's like an actual credit card.

@TaintedLust - Those are not a problem.  I'm talking about the ones at Walmart, your local grocery store, etc that have one amount (ex. $25, $50, $100) and are NOT reloadable.

I've never had one of those. My boyfriend does though. He gets his paycheck direct deposit.  Although, working at walmart he doesn't have to pay as much to cash a check or put money onto his card.
