How do you get the banner at the bottom of your posts?

I was just wondering how every has a banner with how much they have earned at the bottom of each of their posts?  How do you get that?

Go to profile and you can modify your layout I believe it says.  You can even pick your color...the banner goes in your signature section.  I may have just confused you, but if you go to that page and look at it I think you'll be okay.     I just looked at yours again and see you already have it.  Maybe I misunderstood the question
