Hello kittenpaw, You can refer friends and family by giving them your referral link you can go to the CREATIVES page found here: http://www.fusioncash.net/creatives.php  there is an option there to send out email and make posts in several social networks. You can also add a banner or your referral link to your signature in forums ( always make sure this is allowed)
