Credit for Special Offers!!

Which ones have u gotten credit for. So far I am not enjoying them and getting credit. The issue is once you register. You got through a ton of offers and it ask you to click on the ones you dont want but still when u check your email. it is saying that you have signed up. I dont like that. Can anyone help?
