My Youtube recruitment effort
« on: September 19, 2010, 06:28:58 pm »
Hey, fellow FusionCashers!!

This is a link to my new Youtube channel that I'm starting in efforts to get some referrals and some more traffic to fusioncash since it has started to be a very reliable site to me.

At the moment there is only a intro video to the premise that My channel will be, but by tonight or tomorrow a FusionCash review video will be up.  ;D

Let me know what you guys think of it(I.E: if it looks professional enough, too boring, video/audio quality, ect ect) Be critical! :)

Thanks all. :)

Thanks oldbuddy. :)

Edit: Found the comments on the actual video.

Hard to think of how long I had to tape that for only to reduce it down to 2:00mins worth of video.

Thanks for the input on the video, will try to keep that in mind.

I noticed the lack of good audio quality through the editing process(stupid built in Mic Array)  :P

I'll try and speak a little louder, although I was already being pretty loud as it was, for the next vid.

Thanks again for the input.

Not just louder, but slower and more distinct. I know that's hard to do without sounding phony, but it can be done.

I think is good but I to think that you need to be more distinct with your words that your speaking.  Need much better sound quality had to have speakers turned way up.  Slow down with your speaking and get a little more relaxed you seemed a little nervious but not really bad just a little.  You also seemed a little to serious looking in your facial expressions I think once you relax and get a little more confortable with what your doing it will come off better.  Over all its good and you will only get better.  Good luck and I'll follow you once in a while to see whats new you've done.    :)  its becoming to everyone.         :cat:

Thanks guys.

Believe it or not, I'm actually the guy who never stops smiling in real life. I guess I come off serious because I was somewhat embarrassed to put these up(for reasons I have yet to find yet)?  :-[

But good news is! I got the FusionCash Videos done. So much content hear I squeezed them into two videos. They are up now. So if you guys wanna check those out and tell me what you think, that would be awesome.  ;D

I tried to fix the Mic on my laptop to no avail, but I think it's slightly better this time. *crosses fingers*  :D

Not a lot of people go to this extent to recruit new members... I think you did a great job with all of it.

I agree with the others - slow down just a bit and pronounce your words a little better. Other than that, it's good. You'll get better with practice. Congrats and I hope you get a ton of referrals! Oh, and the music you used was great! One more thing, put a smile on that handsome face!

I think you are off to a great start.  You come off as a credible, everyman.  Someone that people can relate to.  If your natural demeanor is to smile, then try it next time and see what you think.  I agree with the poster that said most people won't go to the trouble to make videos to promote.  I know the importance, but I actually hate doing videos and I have never done any with me being on camera.  I think you did a great job and just need to keep building.  I notice that when I add a new video, my older videos get more views, so keep adding regardless of subject matter, if it is helpful and something that people want to know about to boost your views.

Thanks alot for all the input guys(and girls).

I for some reason find it awkward to just sit and smile at the camera  :dontknow:

But I'll try my best next time for sure.

P.S It's amazing how much work I had to put into those videos to get them to only a, in my opinion, mediocre level. But I'll keep trying to improve like ou guys said.

Thanks again everyone. :)

EDIT: And I did try to put a little more personality into the two FusionCash videos(reference the occasional sarcastic comments or other such small details)
But it might not just come across well on video to people who don't know me in person. I'll try and joke around more from now on. :)

Sorry for the Thread Revival and the Double-Post but for you guys that have been successful on sites like these, referral wise, how long did it take to start actually having some flow of referrals? Or even getting your first one?
