Just in time for Halloween, it's perhaps the most horrifying thing we have ever encountered. Mtv.co.uk has put an app on its site that allows you to "Heidi yourself"

Here's how it works: You upload a photo of yourself, then you alter it with the app's various minimizing and maximizing tools until it meets your approval.
