You can always find the current promo on the first page of this thread (and the Tues/Wed promo). Just click on it and it will take you to Kohler's post. Then click where it says "Survey Link" and you will be directed to the form to make your picks.

You would get paid for that on the weekend following that contest, but I don't think we're getting paid for that one because of the double payment from the previous week.
