This is just wrong
« on: October 21, 2010, 05:00:06 pm »
I was on the train today, I saw a man on a armani suit ezpecting a nice shoe to match, but to my surprise he had on a white sneaker that was torn up, and his feet was on the ground instead of in his sneaker. He can afford armani but can't afford a good shoe, that's just wrong.

  I noticed that some people were sneakers until they get to work, so they don't mess up their good shoes,, maybe this was what he was doing.  or.. maybe he was just crazy.

Maybe those are his lucky shoes that got him where he is now. Totally rich, so he may not want to wear anything else. There are some people that believe in lucky objects. Maybe next time, you can ask him.

In the days that I use to work, I had to dress up all the time, I had to take the train so I always found it much easier to wear sneakers or low shoes heals just did not make it on the subway or trolly cars or on the cobble streets of Boston not to mention continually having to dodge the traffic yea sneakers have my vote. ;D

People have different motivations in life. Some like suits, some like shoes.

I'd say it was most likely to not scuff the dress shoes.
However, I would wear a pair that weren't torn open.

:)  Maybe he had sore feet and was wearing the old comfortable sneakers. His good shoes were at work or at home.
