Canned food is way way better for you, but it depends on the ingredients I guess.

Canned vegetables retain their nutrients after being canned, so they often have more nutrients than the "fresh" food at your grocery store.

Yea, I agree that canned food is way better than fast food. Because with canned food (depending what is in it) you get all the nutrients, and plenty of vegetables, etc; you will need. But with fast food there is so many out there that is not so healthy. So most definitely canned food is so much better.

That is a toss up. Somethings I think are better from the can. Then there are some fast foods that are better. It all depends on the food itself.

it depends-fast food is usually good to eat, but bad for you, yet it fills you up.....canned food is usually
better for you, usually cheaper, yet requires a bit of time to prepare (though little) and might not always fill up

Although you can get quite a few things in a can, nothing tastes better than a burger, hot off the grill, at a fast food place.
