This Question is really ment for Kohler and the staff of Fusion Cash to Answer and I could bet others have wondered about this same question. 

How do you deside what topics get stars and how do you deside how many stars to award a topic?

We do not rank them -- members do. There is a drop down menu that you pick the rating.
