How often do you look at your watch/the clock in a day ?

I average about 4x on work days and twice on off days. My phone has been my central time keeper...and computer

Every hour for sure.  Whenever I want to know the time, I'll look at the clock or watch.

Wow, truly varies per day. Pending on how exciting or boring the day is. I always look at the clock in the morning to see how many minutes I really have to lay in bed before I get up for work... I check it 2-3 times in the morning once I'm up to make sure I'm motivating fast enough and get out the door on time to make it to work. Typically check 1-2x coming up to lunch and 1-2x in the afternoon to see how long until end of work day..... boring day may include more clock checks, lol... will then check clock several times while at home after work, while cooking or awaiting tv show.... and of course, checking clock a few times before bed.

  It is really hard to say, since I spend so much time on this computer and the time is always posted in the lower right hand corner of the screen.

I also have a talking watch that announces the time every hour on the hour, and IF I want to know the time when it has not just been announced, I simply hit a button on the watch and it announces the current time I LOVE MY WATCH!!
