Some offers won't credit for me either. It's easier to just keep moving on and save time. I'm keeping a record of what works and what doesn't so I return to the ones that do give credit.

Hey you are not alone. Its an ongoing issue with either a referral not being qualified for a credit or a deadend offer or survey. I am happy to see FC added new offers which is an improvement. Dont get discouraged just do what works. FC support is always available to listen as well. Good luck

I lost my special offers. And I had almost $30 in my account and $14 in offers. They took all of them now I have $20 and $9 offers. I've been trying to cash out since September. Still no luck. I check my email everyday and still I'm not getting anywhere. It's frustrating! When Am I going to get a break.

Were the things you lost 6 months old or older?  You have 6 months (180 days) to cashout.  If that isn't the case put in a support ticket.

    Just rise a support ticket. They will always, let them know your position. Tell them you have been trying to checking since september. Let them know your genuine problems. All the best. I hope you will get all your money back.

I just noticed your break down Is that 20 dollars in just bonus and 9 dollars in just offers? if so that may be the problem. If I recall you have to have a  min of 15 in credited offers in your 25 dollar cash out

Sorry to know what happened to you and wish you all the best for buying a very good gift next month. I am happy that you did not give up on FC. FC is strict with their rules but in a few more days time you will surely love this site. Most of us here had some problem in the first month. But those that decided to hold on are the happy ones here.

So far I have not had much problems. I don't have any referrals, I seem to have a hard time getting them. But all of my stuff has credited.
I have noticed that when you do an offer, if you wait about 5 minutes after you complete the offer, it tends to credit better. That's my opinion, I hope it helps.
