There shouldn't be a problem with cashing out with paypal no matter how limited. Are you sure that you have enough to cash out according to FC requirements? You need @ least $15 of offers to cash out at $25. Maybe you should switch to cash out requesting a check instead of direct deposit to Paypal. I for one likes to hold my check in my hands so that I know it's real before depositing it into my little bank account. If you're really worried check with FC Support. We FC members want you to get you're monies that you've worked for b/c you are to us FC Family! Good Luck now & Never Give up never surrender!

I haven't received my first cash out yet, but I assume that no tax is taken out.  You will have to personally report your earnings on your taxes and Uncle Sam will take out what is appropriate with your overall tax rate.
