I never have turkey for anay occasion.  For some reason no matter how perfect the turkey its still dry.  So its a honey baked ham for Christmas.

I prefer ham.  Ever since my grandmother died, nobody has been able to cook a decent turkey.

My husband always gets a very large ham from where he works for Christmas so it will be ham, slaw, yams, cranberry sauce, potato salad, green beans, mac & cheese, creamed potatoes, deviled eggs, heavenly float, caramel cake. Plenty of leftovers.

I'm actually having both for Christmas. I just did a turkey for Thanksgiving. But I figured I would do both for Christmas.

This year we are doing a brunch of sorts at my daughters and then I am invited to my best friends for roast beef with all the fixings so I am bringing desert.  Merry Christmas every one  :)
