help please i get this when opening paid email

anyone know why i get this error with email? this happens when i click on the part that says 60 second

I got something a couple of times like remote banned IP.

I think these new captchas are too hard sometimes.  I don't always see that well anyway.

If you are still having this problem, submit a "Support Ticket" to Customer Service for Assistance

@ the bottom of any FC Page, you will find a Support Link; the "how to"  instructions are there

I have only had the problem once.  I would try again and if that doesn't work put a support ticket in.  Have you cleared your cookies recently?  Maybe try that as well.

Clear all of your history and cookies and exit out of the browser and try again, sometimes you don't even have to watch the video to get the code I have memorized them! anyway if this doesn't help try not using Mozilla Firefox and use internet explorer. one final solution might be to unplug the power from your modem or router. I hope this helps!

If you have a problem reading the security message, you can click on the capsha refresh ( a little double arrow in a circle in the areas of the security window) that will bring up another one that might be easier to read.

Enter the message without quotes ie:   All around fast


Verify your punctuation and capitalization.

And if all that fails, clear you cookies and temp and reboot your PC and try again.
