I have been attempting this survey all day - Approx 10 times and everytime I receive an error that IE cannot find the website, has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know if a support ticket has been entered.

I'm having the same problem.  There's a glitch somewhere.  It'll get fixed.  On another note:  I really like the new graphics on SurveyHead.

I use FF & all I got was a blank white screen when I clicked the offer.

I also had the same problem. Now am using google chrome. Try that one.

I'm having the same problem also. All I get is a blank screen with Internet Explorer, with it saying cannot display the page. It has been like this for a week now.

I'm having the same problem.  There's a glitch somewhere.  It'll get fixed.  On another note:  I really like the new graphics on SurveyHead.

i stopped trying to do them i never get credit for them

I have had some trouble but I keep trying and it works it may take a few tries but I have been able to make it work

i myself keep trying to  do them but i get a white page. Or i get it going and it just ends with out telling me i have finished so i have no idea if i finished or not. but i keep trying

I'm getting the same IE error and have been for a week or two.  I haven't qualified to take any of the surveys since Dec 21.  I'll be glad when the holidays are all over, maybe they will loosen up again.
