If you go for cherry first you will be a positive thinker if you pick cake first you will be a negative thinker. Does that apply to any of you?

I try to be one, but I am not.
It's a bit earlier to be positive while couraging other people, but not about mine.

Please watch the documentary file "The Secret". It's a great film for those who want to learn about positive thinking.

The secret is not only about positive thinking.  At least to me it means more than that.  The secret also helps you have the faith and the courage to reach out and find your true potential.  Things are not always what they seem.  There is more than meets the eye in so many situations.  But basically all it comes down to is doing a little soul searching and finding what your truth is.

I'm a very positive thinker, however in your analogy, I'd choose the cake over the cherry.  Reason is I can't stand cherries (especially those candied ones they would typically use for cakes - blech).  But I would offer the cherry to a friend I know loves cherries and be amused as they tie the cherry stem into a knot after they finish eating it.   ;D

I read that (if you have a family or something) eating dinner together and going around the table saying what you are thankful for that day makes you more positive.  Also, accomplishments that you make (like working out for the day or keeping complaints to yourself) make you feel better about yourself!
