Was anyone required to provide proof of completion to receive credit?? I signed up the offer in August 2010 and was credited but was required to provide proof of installation or my credit will be revoked. Does anyone have the same problem from Fusion Cash?

i didn't.
We got it installed months ago and love it though.
so much better and cheaper than cable.
