my wife thought about it, too... until we did a google search on it. it seems like a lot of people were having bowel movement issues. if you want to try it, i'd ask a doctor how many you should take per day. i think one per day would minimize the negative side effects, instead of taking one with each meal.

i tried it for less than a week; don't like taking pills.  i have low sugar issues; had side effects.  went back to food moderation.  :peace:

I have not tried it but I think the best way to lose weight is to moderate your food intake and to do exercise. That's the best way and no extra money going out of your pocket. I've heard from friends that those diet pills make you kind of jittery. If you want to feel jittery and nervous all day long then go ahead but I advise not to take it. If you like to eat lots of starchy foods I suggest you cut down on them because they tend to make you gain weight the fastest. I recommend eating vegetables and drinking water to keep yourself hydrated during the day. Of course, the best way is just to ask your doctor.
