Missing Referral Bonus ???

This is the 2nd time it is happening. I send some one my referral link. They join. But I do not get their joining bonus. When I raised a ticket I was told that they could not locate that person as my referral.
Today again the same thing happened with my new referral. She even says in her FC account it says referred by me.
Is there any way I can prove this to the support team? What all details have to be included? I don not want to miss these precious bonuses.....
