Stacking up is fine but don't forget to mention that your money starts disappearing after 180 days.  People who don't read the terms of service when they join often times think it's Fusion Cash's fault when they lose money.

also remember by cashing out everytime your referrer gets a $5 bonus too

I would have to disagree when you get that 25 dollar cash out. So you can restart earning the 15 dollars from offer and have 25 dollars total.

If you have referrals, it really is better to encourage cashing out whenever they reach minimum payment.  After all, you earn $5 every time they cash out, no matter what their total amount is!  If I manage to get referrals, I'd surely prefer they cash out at $25 dollars, rather than waiting till...say $100.  That's $20 in bonuses for me, instead of just $5.
