You should have gotten it immediately. If you go to the support tab on the top of the home page and click on it, there is a sentence that says "looking for your $5 signup bonus". Click on that and you should see where it is.

Make sure you cash out less than 180 days after you signed up though. That bonus will expire after 180 days. I've seen a lot of people lately losing it and then complaining about losing money, when it was just because they took too long to cash out.

You do have to click on the sign up bonus and do what every is in their It does not show up unless you do those last steps.
