getting credit for paid emails

 :wave:  For the last week I have not been credited for the paid emails. Can anyone help me with this?   :confused1:

I have not had any problems so the system works on their end.

I assume that you are gaining access to the ad (ie completing the security question entry).
Do you have your clock out to make sure you are keeping the ad open for 60 seconds?

If you pass the security question entry, but the ad does not load, leave the window open for the required 60 seconds.

If it still isn't working, clear you cookies and temps and try again. Check your pop-up blockers.  If you have any on, turn them off and try again.  (I have my Windows 7 pop-up blocker on and it doesn't seem to affect the FC paid email, but some other types of blockers -- ie in toolbars -- make causes problems)

If none of this works, please explain exactly what you do from the time you access the email to the point the ad crediting fails.

I've had no problems with getting credit for paid emails.  You might want let FC support know of your problem, since you haven't been credited for the last week and paid emails are only credited for the day they are posted.
