Kind of confusing cashout question
« on: January 22, 2011, 02:22:11 am »
Hi, I'd like to cashout when I reach my 25 dollar mark, but I haven't been active for awhile and some of my money is about to expire. If I request a cashout before the money expires, around the middle of February, will that money still expire, or will it be okay since I've requested it to be cashed out?

As long as you have the 25.00 min. amount to cash out before your offers expire you should be fine.  If they are about to expire, and you don't have the cashout min., you may lose the money.  Hope that makes sense.

You will not lose your money as long as you have cashed out. You just have to make sure to cash out before they expire. I asked the same question when I first started. Just make sure you don't cancel your cash out or it will revert back to the original expiration date and you would lose what would have been expired.

As long as you have the $25 and the bonus/others is the right combo then you shouldn't have a problem. Once you request a cashout they won't expire.

I was in the same boat when I became reactive again.

Once you request a cashout, the amounts that are available to cash out go into a pending cash out status and are save from the 180 day rule.  (Any credit that is past the 180 day expiry date before you cash out, however, will be gone forever.)

It's important that you have  $25 total (or more) and the $15 offers total (or more) and that none of the credits are subject to reversal.  If you're not sure about that get as much above the 25/15 mark as you can before requesting the cash out to avoid having the cash out denied.

If the cash out is denied, then all amounts go back into your account and those over 180 days will expire.

The items that are about to expire will have a red notice on your account page telling you how many days left before they expire.

That was a really good question. I didn't think about that before but I'm glad to read from others that requesting a cash out will stop the offers from expiring.
