Lost referral...

I had a friend of mine sign up, but she does not show in my referrals.  I had her log into her account, and it doesn't show anyone under referred by.

Is there anyway of changing things now?  She told me that she'd just sign up again, I told her to wait till I found out more first. 

(I know her full name, we have been friends since Junior High School!!)

It's best that you provide your infomation to Support in a Trouble Ticket.  If your friend also writes Support at the same time, they may be willing to resolve the problem to everyone's satisfaction.

Ya, I am going to send in a support ticket....but was wondering if any member has had this issue before and if so WHAT happened?!?!?!?

I have faced this problem a couple of times. The support ticket did not help me
I think it is some technical problem that ADMIN must look into. My friend send me a screen shot with the referred by column. It had my name but the last letter was missing. Now FC says it is not me but a different person and that I can not be credited. I and my friend know for sure that she joined using my referral link. But to convince FC is very difficult. So I left it.
I hope you were able to get your referral bonus.

I sent a support ticket in but I am really surprise that I haven't heard from any of the admin people.
