I need help regarding changing my account information to my bank

I need help changing my account number to account now due to my card being lost.  I received a new card, how can I be able to change it without me being paid by check?  I look forward to your reply.  Thank You

I'm assuming that you mean your debit card was lost and the bank, for security purposes, issued you a new account number (and card).

If this happened to me, I'd just go the "Direct Deposit" link on the FC Account page.  Towards the top of the landing page, is a display of the bank information that FC currently has -- and a link to allow you to update it.  Just click on that link and follow the instructions.

If that doesn't work for you, suggest you send a TT to support.

Another alternative is to use PAYPAL.  If you haven't set up a Personal Account with PAYPAL, it's easy enough to do -- and you will ultimately want to "verify" the account by providing them with your bank information.
PAYPAL usually charges a fee for incoming monies from commercial enities, unless the enities is using a mass payment arrangement.  FC does that so there are no fees on cash outs you receive from FC.
