Error message on SSI survey

I just tried to do the SSI survey and got an error message about someone else using the computer or irregular activity. Today, I had my satellite service downgraded and in the process had to 're-register' but I don't think that changed my ISP at all. I have 2 computers that I use one or the other from time to time but I am the only one in this house with a Fusion Cash account. I just don't want to get banned for having more than 1 account when I only have this 1 account.

Actually, it seems that my IP address did change when I had to re-register my satellite account. I'm not sure what I need to do about this so that it does not appear that I'm a different person now.

I wouldn't think it would have anything to do with that. I was at my parents house over the holidays and nobody there has a FC account, so i took the surveys on their computer. It didn't recognize me, but it just made me answer all those begining questions again the first day I was on there. After that it recognized me again and I didn't have to go through that begining stage every day. I'm not sure what to do in your situation. I would think it would just see you as being in a different place, not trying to log in with a different account. I guess I would see if it changes and stops giving you the error in the next few days and contact support if it doesn't.  :dontknow:
