What are you going to do with your $5,000 of monthly residual income?

Think positive!  Many of you will reach that plateau (an extra $5000 for life every month) and even more in the near future so don't sell yourself short!  I am an educator, however, I am setting realistic goals to become financially solvent.  When I start bringing in an extra $5,000 or more on a regular monthly basis, my first major goal is to develop FREEDOM ROAD ACADEMY.  An academy, primarily but exclusively, for kids that live in a disadvantage environment.  It is my perspective that there is a genius in every seat in every school.  This school will be a year around school that will focus on developing the whole person.  Man, I am getting excited as I write.  I will stop for now for you to give us what you would do!

I would give some of the money to people  would need help the most.   I will pay my bills and help my family.  I think the more you have the more you should be able to give to help others. We need to help each other, that is the only way you will get your blessings.

I'd pay off my credit card debt, save for a new car enough so I can pay cash for it, start saving for a down payment for a house or a piece of land.  Then I'd quit my day job.

I am assuming that by this point, I would be stable financially and have bills and the like pretty much set. With extra money, it would be nice to set up a scholarship for my community. With extra encouragement and rewards for success in high school, more students would be likely to go to college and keep this country educated. I would like to have a say over who gets it, because too many things today depend on your race and how much financial help institutions think you need. I would like to set one up based on achievements, work ethic, and success rather than if you're poorer than someone else. That may sound kind of harsh, but just my opinion.

How nice that would be.  I would pay off a couple of small debts, get another car and a little furniture, and save the rest.  That's about it.  I do give money to panhandlers, as giving is a part of my nature, so I would have to see what opportunities were there as far as charity is concerned.

I am hardly up to $5000.00 per month of residual income.  Since I am in this for the long haul, I will jump that hurdle in the future.  But even with what little I make now, I still give back to my favorite charity each month. It is not not much at this time, but every dollar helps the nonprofit organization too.

I would pay my house off and other bill's take the kids shopping. And save the other.

I'm on unemployment making a LOT less than that. Cannot even fathom that much money right now! And my retirement accounts aren't that big...
