Now that I know how, I've been taking screen shots of all the congradulations windows that come up after surveys and in your case after an offer.  I try to write something on the screen shot to indicate when I got it (time/date) and topic (offer, survey provider etc) so that it's clear that it is a unique screenshot.

If I don't get credit in a reasonable amount of time, I send the screen shot to Support with a request that they check into it.  That gives them something concrete to point at when talking to their advertisers.

I hope that you clear your cookies and temps before you do each offer.  Also wait at least 15 minutes before you close the congrads window to give the site time to communicate back to the provider.
