I get that all the time that I am not qualified to do the task or survey I still have not figured out HOW to be qualified Anyone out there have any suggestions or hints I would welcome all info. Thanks

We don't all seem to get the offers and videos at the same time.  I just keep watching when I hear of a new one and it usually shows up oin a few days.
