Credits keep adding to my account repeatly

I had a total of 23 credits given to me (or maybe they are credits I was not given, however, it does seem like quite a lot).

I am sure FC will sort it out and get back to us.  I have submitted a ticket.

I got credited for the same offer five times. There are a few offers that I have completed and didn't receive credit for.

Yesssss. And for all the times I get "unexpected error" in the middle of a survey.

wouldnt be a lot easier just to let you all have those credits sense its already been fixed instead of going through the headache and time of getting it right? is what im wondering.

It may have something to do with the particular survey sites...I just tried to take a survey with "My Thoughts" and it told me something about taking too many surveys already, but that's funny, because I only qualified for, like, 2, and took them.  I hadn't had any that didn't credit, but I had MANY in which I didn't qualify (whatever).  Maybe the company is receiving new surveys.  It is interesting though, that so many people received credit so many times (I ws 5 times  ).  But maybe it's a good thing-better not to trouble "trouble" until "trouble" troubles you, right.  I love fortune cookies!

I did not have this problem, but I wish that would happen with the offers that I actually did complete.

well, looks like they fixed everything.  All of the extra credits have been removed.

I received a resply from FC regarding the several credits received relatiing to Your2Cents and Otx.  Those credits were erroneously given and the matter has been corrected. Meaning, those credits were erased from your account.
