Working out helps me, but also allowing myself some quiet time where I just sit and relax and watch tv is good for me.

I like towalk too if the weather permits me to. If not I listen to some soft R&b to tune out what is stressing me out(usually people.)

I run on my treadmill or outside and I recently bought a punching bag.

I always kept on mind that there are lot of least fortunate than I am. Then I take a deep breathe and go on.
