All the time, its the best way to visualize what you are thinking about, when you hear it out loud, then you can look up, and daydream about it!

I find myself doing this in the car a lot. Especially on long drives.

Yes! I do. I am not proud about this, and my kids think I am crazy. Sometimes it helps for me to talk out loud.

All the time. I remember when my youngest son was little and was in his room with the door closed, and he was just talking away. I opened the door and asked, "Who are you talking to?" And he said, "Myself."

At least he was honest about it.

I talk to myself sometimes.. It isn't on purpose I do it to help collect my thoughts At times.

Once in a while I talk to myself. It seems to help with dealing with some stress that occurs.

I don't talk to myself(at least often) but I let my conscience critique me to no end. Is that weird?

I talk to myself quite often; especially if Ihave an idea for a problem. For some reason it always seems to work out better if I discuss a situation out loud. Go figure? There are times that I do it to just get rid of some stress. That way if I have to deal with a situation involving another person; I don't let anger or hurt feelings cloud my mind. It's better to think things through rather than say something that I might regret. You know; once you let those words fly ; you can't take them back.

I sometimes think i'm going nuts, because I usually practice what I am going to say when I confront someone and find myself in a heated discission (arguement)..LMBO
