Wanna work from Home
« on: March 03, 2011, 08:58:40 am »
I am a single mother of two working full time and going to school full time.  It is very challenging.  I have been off work all week and realize it would be more convenient and much more can be done if I can work from home.  Anyone know of any legitimate places to work from home and make at least $600 week.  I am an expert at customer service, a licensed insurance agent and working on a degree in software engineering with a desire to change to computer system analyst.

Hi,

I've been looking for work at home for the past few years since my son was born.  It seems to me that there are no work at home legit jobs.  They make the offers on the internet, but the minute u pay the money it's completely different than what was said on the internet.

Be careful and don't pay anything.

If anybody knows of any legit work at home jobs and your working , please post the website.

Well, some contact info would help like the company name or employer, e-mail and contacts in addition to job description and perhaps a better business bureau accreditation or certification. That would help immensely.

I found a legit one if you allw ant to look into it. convergy .com.  Also, if you google CNN and work from home careers, they give a list of legit companies with benefits.  Let me know if any of them work out.

Stay away from the Network marketing companies. They are bad news. If you go on craigslist.com and say go to "customer service" jobs in your city. It lets you do a search at the top of the screen just put in "work home" or keywords like that. I know in my city there are always positions there. I just am not in a position to where I can work full time from home until my last kiddo is in school otherwise I would take full advantage of them. :-)

Hope that helps a little bit.

Are you saying it's not bad news to work for a company that exploits you into being satisfied with sub-minimum wage? I would rather take a risk on a Network Marketing company and bring home a grand or two a month for a LOT less grief.

Well, why not go into phone jobs as an independent contractor, it's dead slow right now but it was great last year nd i was doing it full time from home.

There are many companies that you can sign up for their affiliate/referral program.  Some are two-tier, but are not true network marketing per se.  Otherwords, you sign up, get your links coded with your affiliate ID number, and put it out there.  They usually don't require you to buy each month in order to get paid like true network marketing companies do.

Although my spouse and I are signed up with network marketing companies, we also sign up for the free affiliate programs.

And with our alternative health knowledge and professions, we manage to to sell quite a bit of products, which are usually suggested via a health educational consult.  We do Amazon Associates, Google AdSense, Chitkita, etc...

In my experiance the jobs that you google from CNN are jokes.  You have to pay to get them and you most of the time get pulled into other things that get charged to your credit card that you did not approve to be done.  So trust me don't bother unless you want to get scammed.  We looked into one that was suspose to be for blogging and got charged for 3 other things that I had to fight with them to get the money put back on my credit card.  I called them and told them that I was going to report them to my credit card company for illegally charging my card and bam it was put back on that day and never heard from again.  So be very, very careful what you do.  Check them out every way you can.
