I'm with you on the HOMEMADE bread ... that is almost all we eat at my house.  I make different kinds but usually it is at least 1/3 or more whole wheat.  I also add a little oat bran or flax seed in the bread to make it healthier.  GREAT!!!

I enjoy both white and wheat bread, but for health reasons have been eating mainly wheat bread for the last year.

I prefer whole wheat over white bread. To me wheat bread has a better taste and that is what I love about it.

I pefer the whole wheat, just because it is healthier. Every once in a while i'll treat myself and get the white bread

I eat whole wheat bread most of the time, but I will eat white bread occasionally. I like both.

i had never even tried whole wheat until i left
for college and was grocery shopping on my own.
i can honestly say that i could never go back strictly
to white bread and be satisfied! whole wheat definitely
has a richer taste, better consistency, and holds up
a sandwhich much better.

the only white bread that we buy on occasion is the
"italian" sliced white bread. i think the brand is "italian"...
they are rather large slices and pretty thick.
