Before you begin doing surveys and after you have COMPLETED one and begin another, it's recommended that you clear your cookies and your temp files.

When you have completed a survey, you will get a congradulations pages.  Keeo that page open for 5-10 minutes or until you have received credit to your account.  (I usually have the account page open so I can refresh it to see if I've been credited)  Communications do break down between the survey company and FC, so it's important to leave the window open to aid in completing the transaction.

If the survey has not credited in 10 minutes, take a screen shot of the congrads page, post it to PAINT; add comments to the page to identify the survey -- for your benefit and FC- and then save it as a jpeg page.  I usually title it FCPOPdate so I can find it easily.  If you haven't received credit for the survey in a couple of days, send a message to support and attach the jpeg picture if you can or just tell that you have a jpeg screen shot to confirm that you completed the survey.

it happens to all of us. every now and then we complete a survey and then don't get credited for it.

I did like a hr survey and never got credited in the end. Ugh. I wish those survey places would be monitered better and taken off
