Anyone have any ideas?
« on: March 13, 2011, 09:59:01 pm »
Still new to FC so maybe I am just not in the know. But, here is my situation...  In the begining I took the time to read the forum and watched the videos and things seemed to be going well with getting everything to credit with the exception of a small percentage of the offers I completed (All are Free No CC's, and Dailys). Now however, I seem to be having alot (around 50% or more) of my complete offers not crediting. Its only been a few days on each, but these were the same ones that were crediting almost instantly. I always clear my cookies (before and after), and have allowed all cookies in my browser ( IE 7). Am I just beeing impatient, could it be that I am not waiting EXACTLY 24 hours before doing the again, or do  have a problem that I am unaware of? Would really appreciate your time if you have any suggestions? Thanks...

PS: Is there a way to view exactly what time you clicked an offer as opposed to just the day?

If you are talking about regular offers, you are not allowed to do an offer a second time on this site or any other.
One of the reasons that I don't do offers anymore is that recordkeeping became overwhelming to make certain that I didn't do the same offer again.  I believe that the advertisers keeps track of offers using the email addresss and/ the IP address that is provided when doing the offer.

If you are talking about the daily surveys, they can be done once a day.  You may keep trying for a completed survey until you are successful, but once you complete a survey, you may not try for another until at least 24 hours later.  It's up to you to keep track of the actual time you completed it.

When I try for a daily survey, I expect to go thru several DQ's before I get to complete one.  Sign of my demographics, and the success rate for competion will vary for each person.  When you have completed a survey, leave the congradulations window open for at least 5-10 minutes --or until you received confirmation in your account that you gotten credit.

If you haven't gotten credit in 10 minutes, take a screen shot of the congrads page, save it to your PRINT program, write a few comments (time, date and topic of the survey) on the bottom of the page and save it to a jpeg picture.  If you haven't received credit in a couple of days, contact FC support and let them know you have the jpeg picture of the survey.  If you can attach it to the support ticket, do so.

Thanks for time and insightful info. Leaving the confirmation/congrads window open was something that I was not doing. And, yes I will take screen shots if necessary in the future. By the way, no I wasn't repeating offers I was simply not getting some of the daily's to match me to a survey. However, being the nub that I am I was only trying once, and may have been attempting them a little early by an hour or so. So, thanks again I truly appreciate your response thread...

You don't have to worry about waiting exactly 24 hours - the system enforces that delay automatically.  If you click on a daily survey less than 24 hours after you were last credited for it, you will be presented with a message saying that you have to wait x hours, and the offer will not even load.
