This is a scam.  I don't remember which one, but it is out of some foreign country (maybe Bulgaria or something like that).

No, I have not done it; it definitely sounds like a scam. I would stay far far away...

I did get cash from Win cash 24/7, but instead of a check the money was transferred to a cool cat casino online.
I thought that was weird to do.  I will not go on this website again. :-[ :-[
