Need help, not sure what probelm is
« on: March 18, 2011, 01:37:32 pm »
For that last three days, i have compelted many surveys and NONE of them credited. I've been a memebr for 1 month and 8 out of 10 times i get credit within 5 minutes. (i understand its not perfect and some errors will happen) But recently, nothing. The only items in the last three days that credited are the daily e-mail and the paid to click. Its sooo frustrating!!!! Not sure what is going on, any suggestions or help? This happened before for a couple days, and i almost gave up. I hate wasting hours each day to make nothing. When i do get paid, it makes me fell this is worthwhile, but when days go by and nothing it makes me feel like i want to quit. I do leave the completion page open for hours, and nothing. I hope someone can shed some light on this for me...

have you gotten confirmation that they were completed? Sometimes you dont actually complete some, its tricky to tell or maybe there is just a system error.. Whatever it is Hopefully they can fix & credit your account!

Are you in the habit of clearing your cookies and temporary files before you begin doing a survey from a given survey site?  Not sure why it's important for surveys, but it seems to help to keep the communication track cleaner between you, the survey provider and FC.

You don't have to clear your cookies after each survey DQ (disqualification), but when you have completed a survey, and you have received the congradulation window, leave that window open for 5-10 minutes until you have received confirmation that the survey has created. (I usually have another tab open to my account page so I can refresh it periodically  to see if the credit shows up.

If it hasn't credited in 10 minutes, it make be a break-down in the communications.  Suggest you take a screen shot of the congradulations page, paste it to your PAINT program, add some comments (using the pencil) to identify the survey site, the time of date and the amt of expected credit.  Then save it as a jpeg picture with an identifng name like FCSCPdate so you can find it easily.  (Save it to shared pictures so its easier to locate.) (FCSCP=FusionCashSurveyCongradsPage)

If you haven't receive credit in a couple of days, then send a message to support letting them know you have the jpeg picture (or attach it, if you have that option) to see if FC might have some success in contacting the survey site and getting credit for both of you.

Are you concerned about the 180 day rules?  (credits that haven't been cashed out in 180 days expire)  These show up in your account with a red letter message when they are within 30 days of the expiry period.

You current have $28.08 in your account balance; if you also have $15.00 in offers, you can cash out now and protect any credits that are approaching the expiry date.  Once you have requested a cash out, all items go into a pending cash out status and will not expire. ( If your cash out request is denied, however, everything will come back into your account and any item older than 180 days will expire.)

If you still have time before the oldest item expires, you can wait until it is a couple of days to expire -- ie later in this month -- and then make the request.

If you are short of the $15 in offers, try working the daily surveys.  Depending on your demographics, you may be able to qualify for one or two each day and build your offers amount in time.

Since you have cashed out before, I assume you know how to find the cash out link (on your account page).

This is very true.  But as a rule we restore those credits to your cashout, even if they are expired, as long as your cashout is reinstated (e.g. we denied your cashout to request that you submit identification, and you do, and it is approved).  If you cancel that reinstated cashout, however, those offers would then expire immediately.  Point being - if you are following the rules and press the cashout button before the offer expires, you'll be paid for it, even if we have to temporarily deny your cashout for one reason or another.

Iam going to give this a try. I do leave the completion page open utill i get credit, but somedays nothing works. Also i was not aware you could send a request to support, i thought they did not give credit for these issues. How do i send it to support? Through the forum?

Go back to FC; at the top of the page is a link to "Support"; follow thru to submit.  They will ask you to review FAQ and the forum, (I usually have done all that before I decide to ask Support).  If they give you the option to attach the jpeg picture, do so otherwise just let them know you have it and will send it on request.  No guarantee they will be successful, but it's in their interest to to get you credit because then they will get credit too.
