Can't ever hate an individual - even if they do harm to me (although, it would be harder to like 'em). I don't support gay marriage as I don't support anything else deemed sinful. However, doesn't mean I dislike the person. I knew/know homosexuals and get along with them (sometimes) generally. Never really matters what they prefer, personally, and it's never really spoken on.

That subject is always a touchy one. Not too many people want to go with coloring everything right or wrong. We like to make an in-between so we could live a bit better. I would too, honestly. But when I actually started to look for truth and what's actually right verses what makes me feel better, I started to learn a lot of things. The things I learned turned out to be better than what just made me feel better. It's hard to explain. Feeling it is easier. Yeah, there's scripture for everything I'm saying, but personally speaking, experiencing change is more gratifying than just memorizing writings and spreading it because a person just believes it's right.

Personally I don't care what two individuals should do. I don't believe the government should prevent two consenting adults from getting married. I also don't believe the government should force an individual to marry those same two consenting adults. I don't believe the government should be involved in marriage at all.

I agree. While I do believe that homosexuality is a sin, I don't think it's anyone's business but the people involved. It's between them and God, imo.

yea i support gay marriage because it shouldnt matter whether a man is with another man and vise verse because if you are in love with the person you should be able to marry who you wanna marry being gay is not a choice god made people that way and almost all my friends are gay and im a gay man myself and i believe everybody should be able to marry who they love man and man woman and woman  and man and women we are people to

Why can't gay people get married like the rest of the population? If they want to get married and be miserable like everyone else, then let them. Who cares? I don't think its anyone's business what two consenting adults do with eachother. Are they out murdering people? No. So, how is it hurting other people if they marry?

I think that people should mind their own business when it comes to this. Too many people sticking their nose in other peoples business these days. Oh, its a sin, omg, They're different. Eww they like other men... Screw that and anyone who thinks that way. How dare anyone judge them because of who they love. A disagreement about homosexuality has nothing to do with anyone looking down their nose at anybody. As far as our man-written book as you call it, it's called the Bible. Some of us believe in what is written within it's pages. Homosexuality (according to the Bible) is a defilement of the people and their land. It's the same today. Sinful behavior does corrupt a people, including their land/Nation.

In fact, the judgement that you are accusing believers of exercising, is so clearly evident in your post against those who believe in the Bible and it's teachings.

Alot of people act stuck up tword Gays And lesbians. I am a lesbian myself and as long as i know im true to myself and i believe and worship my god thats all that matters. Alot people say being gay is a choice but when u really think about it did you wake up one day and so im going to be straight?? no i dont think so it what u perfer and what your comfortable with. so really all the childish ignorant people can go else were and kick rocks who are you to judge noone. and if your not paying my bills keeping a roof over my head and keeping food in my stomach you can kiss my %$# for all i care!

Just to clarify a statement in there, about 'god made people that way' etc.etc.

You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination. (NKJ, Leviticus 18:22)

If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them. (NKJ, Leviticus 20:13)

The Bible states it an abomination for men and women to be intimate with each other in such a manner. Therefore, God did not make us that way, we choose it - as we choose everything that we do.


Not everyone cares to follow the Word of God. Not everyone believes. It's hard to point a finger and say 'believe me, it's true!'. I didn't believe that way and I doubt anyone else would! However, if a person wants to find truth, I believe they can seek it and we'll land at the same spot, because truth doesn't change. If a person doesn't want to seek truth and just wants to do whatever he/she feels like, well, there ya go.

Either way, we should still respect one another.
