I also was denied credit for Nielsen Digital Voice offer.  Not certain of the reason why.  Any info would be helpful.

You should have received an email when the credit was revoked with the reason.  But for this offer (nielsen digital voice) the denial reason is typically that you did not install the software, or that you installed it but did not keep it installed for the minimum amount of time stated on the offer requirements.

I have seen the Nielsen Digital offer on other sites...is it possible that you did it already from another site?  You can do it only once, from one site's referral.  I did it from another site before I saw it on FC.  You also have to keep it on your system for at least 30 days, and if they update the system, you may get a notice flash on your computer (similar to windows updates) and you have to click to accept the update on your system for them to do the tracking.  If you didn't allow the update that could also have been an issue.

I have been watching for my Nielsen credit...it has been almost 2 months...at the time it downloaded, it said 30 days.  I searched where I thought I downloaded it...was, in fact, here on FC...I do several of these types of sites, and thought I had done Nielson on another site,,,but found on my list here where I had done it...and matched it to the download date/info on my pc.....
I submitted a support ticket...seems FC never got paid...therefore I won't get paid....SO....I contacted Nielson to follow up on this.
Hopefully I will hear back from them...and soon...
It's crazy to do this stuff and the companies rip off both FC who provides them some very inexpensive advertising and us members who keep them in business....grrrr

I have the same problem, I'm going to try again on my labtop and see if it works...The toolbar didn't show up on my pc when I tried to install it.

I did is one some time back and did just fine for me.  I didn't get a toolbar it just downloaded  software that stays on the computer to track what I do on my computer.

hm... I was contemplating downloading this, but if it really does have a hard time crediting, I don't know if its worth it

I downloaded it and was credited but then later it was deducted from my account. If you or somebody in your family has ever used Nielsen it will most likely do the same thing.  I used Nielsen many years ago.

 I have been with Nielsen Digiatal Voice from anther website i got my credit so I can't join on this website I have the program on my computer so I don't kno what happened here but FC needs to talk with them because the site I joined from paid me $6.00 and I got it. did you do your first survey with them maybe thats why. I believe you have to do your profile and a survey but I don't remember.
