which cars are better foreign or american?

Foreign cars are better. I was just talking about how american car companies always bash toyota and honda because they can't compete but you never hear them bashing ford or chevy. I do think that american cars have gotten better than in the past though due to technology.

I prefer to buy American when possible. Even if the cars are put together in Mexico or Canada the parts were still made in America and are still supporting American jobs.

I had a foreign car for 6 months and was told that it would cost me $5000 to repair because the parts had to be special ordered from Japan. The next day I traded it in for an American car!

American cars are much safer because they have to fit a bunch of requirements. Also its hard to fix a foreign car because its far away.

srry to all whom say americans...i had both and i like foreign better. They last longer for me! But i love the american classic

well just look at the used car market.  Nissan and Hondas are the most sought after because they last at minimal tune ups.  So I believe foreign .

I like foreign cars over american, they seem to last longer.  You hardly ever see an american car on the road that is over 10 years old

Foreign, their put together better and cheaper.
There are no unions to get in the way.
Now concept cars and performance cars are a different story.
Like the Tesla, beautiful piece of engineering and scientific advancement.
But for mass production, our quality control is crap.
