Okay i am only 14 years old and dont have a credit card and dont have access to paypal so i put via check.

when the check comes it will be under my name and etc.

SO WHEN I GO CHANGE IT AT ANY BANK HOW WOULD I??

I DONT HAVE A ID OR SKOOL ID, SKOOL FINISHED FOR ME

SO HOW WOULD I CASH THE CHECK??

DO I TELL MY PARENTS??

HOW WILL THIS WORK??

Umm... here is rule #1
Membership requirements.

   1. Users must be 18 years or older OR 13 years or older with parental permission. A user under 18 certifies that a parent has given permission by checking the box that corresponds to "I Agree."

Assuming you have followed that rule you would be better off letting your parents cash it for you at their bank.

I didnt use my parents...so do i change info
or can they still cash it for me??

all you have to do is sign the check. then who ever is cashing it undersigns it. thats all that needs to be done.

I always endorse it to my mom and then she cashes it for me and gives me the money.

Yes you can have your parents cash your checks. I think that is the best way.
