In movies, books, stories, etc.if you didn't like the plot or the ending do you

mentally change it to fit the ending or plot that you like. I recently viewed a movie that I thought I knew well. When I watched again, I saw plots & endings that wasn't according to my memories of this movie. I was so shocked because the ending was nothing like I would like at all. I fact I greatly hated the ending.

I want to know if anybody out there does the same thing or am I just weird?

My boy and I recently watched Repo Men, and we hated the ending! We kept talking about how if they did this or changed that or looped gosh knows what together it would have made it a ton better.

I also just finished a book that was sadly very predictable. I was hoping for an ending with some kind of impact...nope. I was disappointed, so I started thinking up ways of how it could have been better. If you think it's weird than I guess I'm weird haha
