High Ranking Blogs

Hello, everyone. Is there anyone in the community that has a high ranking blog that would allow me to place a banner? It's work at home type banner. I know that I can google it, but thought to ask here in the community first. Have a great day and hope it quits raining soon... April is bad for that. Thanks!

The rule states that you can't put any referral links or in this case a banner from other sites.
