  I have now learn to just let it go (Backbiting) But i do have to say that it is something that should not be done at the work place or within the family! But as 2PAC said in one of his songs... that's just the way it is!!!!!!

Unfortunately, it's just a sad fact of life.

Thankfully, my spouse and I both work at home, so no dealing with backbiting co-workers.

And neither one of us live close to our families, so we don't have to deal with them either.  Not that our families are bad or any such, but we both just like staying at home, doing our thing and staying out of everyone's way.

We wouldn't have it any other way.

Internet makes it so easy for people to be negative and backbiting because they do not have to look the person in the eye but they hurt just as bad.  I made the mistake of getting on TOPIX and putting in my zip code.  I have never read such negative and bitter comments.  It was sad.

When it come to stuff like that, I will ignore the person.  They are small minded and jealous of what you are or might have.  It's not worth your time if you respond to such nonsense.

People who lash out are mostly jealous of who and what you are (although they would never admit it). A vindictive hateful nature only damages themselves in the long run. That's how it works. Everyone has heard that saying that if you give a person enough rope, they will hang themselves? Rings true. Wise words Mrisha.
