Hey moderators, I am having a problem with the surveys.com offer.

I checked my pending offers page 1st, as I always do, to make sure I hadn't applied for this credit before and from what I see, I haven't.

then I went back and clicked on the offer and it said something like "You don't fit the demographic for this offer - please remember not to provide false information or you'll be disqualified." or something to that effect.

Well, I clicked it again, wondering if it was just a temporary error, and I got the same message again.

So I went back to my pending offers page and right there, at teh bottom, it shows that I have tried to do the offer twice!

Why is this?  I didn't do anything since the error page came up each time.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Also, I don't want this to reflect badly on me, so can it be removed from my offers pending page?

Thanks!

Kat

No worries, as long as you did not complete the offer twice it is not against the terms of service. This is on your offer tracking page:

This list is intended to be a reference, and for requesting manual credit if you completed an offer but did not receive credit. To see offers which have been credited to your account, view your account page. It is perfectly normal and acceptable for there to be multiple entries for each offer in this list, since an entry is added each time you click an offer.     ;D

But why did I get that weird error message?  Has anyone else gotten it?

I was told that they are only looking for people in paticular areas.

I have once again updated the "not qualified" message:
Quote
Thank you for your time.

This offer is only looking for participants that fit a certain demographic profile. Based on your account information and/or responses, you do not qualify.

This is perfectly normal, and it happens all the time.

Please click here to close this window and choose a different offer.

I hope that this is a little clearer...

Thanks for the update - I thought for sure I was doing something wrong.
