Are You afraid of the Dentist?

I've never had to spend very much time at the dentist's office, thankfully, but if it's about being afraid of pain, I don't believe anything could be as painful as giving birth to children without any drugs.  That's just me.

well, most dentist know what's best for your teeth so I'm not afraid. Doctors, on the other hand do make me afraid

I'm not afraid of the dentist. I'm afraid of the needles when they have to give you the novicane! Ugh its just awful. But i'm so scared of it I work myself up and have such bad anxiety before and then its over in a few seconds and I think I didnt sleeep for a week because of that??

I am one of the few people I know who actually look forward to going to the dentist. Why? Because they give me nitrous which is the best gas around. I would love to be like the dentist in Little Shop Of Horrors and carry a six pack of nitrous around on my back.

I won't say i'm afraid I just really don't like to go, sometimes they aren't careful and can hurt, and I hate making appointments for anything really.

I am very afraid of the dentist. I had a very abusive dentist one time. I passed out in his office from the whole ordeal. What a nightmare. I wish I would never have to see another dentist for the rest of my life.
