Not getting Credt for the Sureys

Is any one else facing the same problmes like me i am completeling surveys and at the end i am getting the message that u have successfully ompleted the survey but i am not getting any redot for it what do i do i have contacted support but still no response

when doing a survey .....follow instructions to the T. use this link for support
if you are still having problems and not getting credited ...type the survey you completed by name or title and how much it was worth to this link here

tickets for opinions is back and no matter what I do I am not getting credited.  Now their survey stuff looks different!

I did not get credit for Tickets yesterday and I completed it.
