claiming my three posting
« on: May 16, 2011, 08:46:30 pm »
I feel dumb, but I have watched the form video several times to figure out what I am doing wrong. I do fine with the process until I go to paste the second and third id #. How do I get back to the request site to past the other two ID #s that need pasted. without loseing my first Id #.?

I do not paste.  What I do is write down the three ID numbers.  I write it down on a piece of paper.  Then I type each number in on the form provided .  It works: try it.

Make sure when you write down the numbers they are of post that have contributory value to them.  You want to make sure that you have 30 post that bring value to the form.

Depending on what browser you use you can open new windows in new tabs. I use Firefox so I am able to see the area to insert my 3 on one tab and then all my posts on another so all I have to do is copy and paste

What I do, I click on $3 on the forum, you will see a link to see how many posts you have.  I view all of my post, I find one that I think is good I open a notepad and copy the ID number down.  After I do all three, then I just need to copy and paste the number in, and hit send.  Once it said it was posted succcessfully, I save it until I get paid.

I right click on the link to take me to my posts and click on open in new tab. That way I can switch back and forth to get all 3 ids. Or you could just write them down.  ;)

Most people seem to just write down the ID's of the posts they want to submit and then enter them on the submission page.

HOWEVER, you do need to have 30 eligible posts for a given calendar month BEFORE you make the submission.  I suspect that if you try to submit today (when you only have 12 posts to your name), the submission will just be rejected telling you that you do not have the necessary 30 posts to make the submission.

The request for 3 sample posts if just that:  an opportunity for you to select the best of your posts when making the request.  It does NOT mean you only need 3:  you need 30 contributory/eligible posts to qualify for the bonus.

Will I get credit for my posting if I post each email one at a time? That is what I have been doing. I thought posting each one individually would work because we need 30 email by the end of the month.

Thank you, for full explaning how to get credit for my postings. I have a lot of posting because I love to write. When I am not on this site, I am looking for a writing job.
